Hugh Barnden is a designer and painter, born in Oxfordshire and studied at the Royal College Art 1968-71.  Mixed shows include Crafts Centre from 1964; Eroticism in Fashion at the ICA, 1976;  London Fashion Designers at the Victoria and Albert Museum1979 and Wapping Artist Open Studios from 1980.  Solo exhibitions include Francis Kyle 1983.  The Victoria and Albert Museum hold his work.
